All customer documents and password credentials are protected using AES-256 encryption. Database access is controlled strictly via role-based authentication permissions.
No Third-Party Resale
DNS never sells or shares your personal information with telemarketing organizations or third-party ad networks. Data is shared only with verified upstream bandwidth providers as required for connectivity.
Account Deletion & Statutory Data Retention
As a licensed Telecom & Internet Service Provider (ISP) operating in India, Digital Network Service (DNS) is strictly regulated under the Indian Telegraph Act, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) directives, and Department of Telecommunications (DoT) license mandates.
By statutory law, customer KYC verification forms, government ID records, IP Detail Records (IPDR), and financial billing history cannot be permanently purged immediately upon account closure and must be retained for the minimum mandated regulatory audit period (2 years).
Subscribers may terminate their active connection, surrender ONU hardware, and request full refund of their security deposit at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon deactivation, login access is immediately revoked.
