By subscribing to broadband services provided by Digital Network Service (DNS), you agree to adhere to the terms governing connectivity, hardware, billing, and network compliance.
Subscription & Billing
Broadband subscriptions operate on monthly billing cycles managed via prepaid/postpaid invoices:
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Speed rates represent maximum attainable bandwidth based on selected plan tier.
Due Dates & Recharges
Invoices are issued monthly. Payments past 7 days due date may trigger automated line pause.
Equipment Ownership
Hardware installed at your premises (ONU/ONT devices, drop wire) remains operator property unless bought outright:
Hardware Protection
Subscribers must protect ONUs and fiber cables against power surges and physical damage.
Return & Deposit Refund
Security deposits are fully refunded upon connection termination and hardware return.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Bandwidth reselling, unauthorized commercial distribution, or engaging in illegal online activities under the Indian IT Act is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate termination.
Service Outages & Maintenance
DNS guarantees high network availability. Scheduled maintenance or fiber repairs will be notified in advance via WhatsApp and SMS notifications.
